Our staff is trained and skilled, and on average has been working with Dr. Weaver for 12 or more years. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars offered through the Yankee Dental Congress and the Northeast Society of Orthodontists (NESO) meetings.

Debbie has been with us for 23 years. She holds a B.S. in early childhood education and taught for five years prior to joining us. She is a certified Orthodontic Assistant and is also certified in Radiology. Debbie is the Staff and Office Manager in addition to her orthodontic assisting duties.Debbie has been married to Marc, a firefighter in Lynn, for 27 years. They love to travel - especially to Las Vegas — and are avid and enthusiastic joggers.

Dawne has been with us since 1994 in an administrative position and holds an A.S. in Science. We appreciate her ability to keep us (and our computers) organized and running on schedule. She has worked in the medical/dental field since 1980. She enjoys traveling to Canada and Florida to visit her family. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, spinning classes and spending time with her family and friends.

Kelly has been working in our office since 1986, both at the front desk and now as an orthodontic assistant. Besides attending a number of orthodontic and dental seminars over the years, Kelly also has a Certificate in Dental Radiology.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her children, Courtney and Alex, and husband, Bill. She enjoys skiing, spending time at the beach and running in the woods with Bill and her dogs, Spirit and Snickers.

Ruthann has been associated with our practice since 1991, working as a financial coordinator and helping manage our front office. She and her husband, Bob, like to spend time with their two grown sons, Eric and Marc. In the winter, she and her family enjoy weekends together skiing in Vermont. Ruthann also enjoys walking on the beach and spinning classes.

Donna has worked in several offices as an orthodontic assistant for 19 years and has a Certificate in Dental Radiology. She has been with us for the past 3 years. She lives in Winthrop by the sea with her amazing husband and her two wonderful daughters, Shawna and Karly. Donna enjoys crocheting, golf, working out and other sports.
